With its lightweight feel and easy handling, the Walther Machtac 4 is midway between a large knife and a handy machete. Most of its weight is in the 400 mm tanto blade which was changed from 440A steel to 1065 carbon steel. The MachTac 4 shows excellent handling qualities with the rubberized polymer handle.
